REFUND POLICY
Sale, Promo Code, Swim, Accessories & Deal of the Week items are FINAL SALE
ANY ITEMS PURCHASED IN AN UPSELL AFTER YOUR PURCHASE IS FINAL SALE. These items were purchased at a discounted rate due to the original purchase. If you request a refund on the original purchase because of the discount you received on the second item both purchases will be refunded and the discount VOIDED.
If you donβt like your item(s) for any reason (it didnβt fit, imperfection or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us withinΒ 14 days of delivery. Once we get your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued. Please note your internal credit noteΒ expires 60 daysΒ from the date of issuance. We do not email you confirming the store credit issuance when you are ready to use please email us with the items and we will process it accordingly.
Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).
Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.
Restocking Fee Please note a 25% restocking fee may apply when applicable

Did you receive the incorrect item?
If you received an incorrect item please contact us immediately helloboss@bossdivadesignz.com to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.
